I'm a Human helping other Humans... Who are you?

Sensitive readers please be advised!

I'm not going to polish the truth and some of the photos I intend to use is of very strong character and will have a negative effect on your mental well being... You have been warned ...

Every day thousands of children are dying from starvation in Africa. The drought is the worst in 60 years and it is time for us to show what kind of person we are.

How can We help?

We can all help by donating any amount of money. Every amount, no matter how big or how small, will help save the life of a young Child or an entire Family!

Please note that No money will go to Me or stay at Unicef, it will go directly to Unicef's Aidworkers in Africa who will buy food and medecine and distribute it to those in need. I am not doing this for profit and if you are one of those who buys me a Birthday or Christmas gift please don't! I instead beg that you donate the money either through Unicef's link or through my Fundraiser hosted on Unicef's site. (Links below)

This is my new blog dedicated to the cause of making a change in the World but I need Your help!

Some time ago I read the facts that over 3 MILLION Children are at risk of dying from starvation in Africa. Are we really letting this happen while we sit at McDonalds stuffing our face with a Hamburger after a long day of shopping for stuff we probably don't even need?
I wish I could stand tall and say "No!" but the fact is that we all are. I try to give money on a monthly basis to Unicef. I have a Godchild in Africa whom I have sponsored with food, a place to live and an education but I strongly feel that it just isn't enough. She is just one "lucky" child out of Millions in urgent need of help...

Starving Children at one of Unicef's many refugee camps...

I think that many of you are just like me. An average person with a family, friends, a career and of course a place to live. To me, that is just not enough! Just like me You are probably a strong believer in human compassion and I feel that I want to use that to do more with my life than just live it and I would like to help others get the same chance.

Warning! Very strong image below!

I have spent hours and hours on the net reading up on the situation in Africa and it wasn't until I saw the image below that I began to realize how bad the situation really IS down in Africa.

This is a photo of an African kid trying to feed on animal feces in order to keep on living...

As I said... We can ALL help out with even the smallest amount of money. Or why not go to Unicef's page and buy food or medicine that will get shipped down to Africa directly?

The choice is yours... Let You know who You are, and let the World benefit from Who You are.
